deepika has just completed its first round offunding with 7 Business Angels and 3 corporate partners.
€925,000 was raised in the form of 92,500 newshares (nominal value of €1 and €9 share premium).
The three legal entities that invested in Deepika are three strategic partners:
· UM6P Ventures, a fund created by UM6P University in Morocco,
· Mews Group, a management consulting firm, from R&D to operations,
· Flag, specializing in fundraising for innovative young companies (equity and non-dilutive).
