Created on April 4, 2023 as a 100% subsidiary of Kannon MSD, Kannon For Deep Tech SAS with variable capital has established its initial capital.
The founders, entrepreneurs and/or experts in a wide variety of fields, subscribed to the Capital (nominal value of the share€1) and, at the end, the Company was transformed into a SAS with fixed capitalof €575,000.
